Nirvana
Nirvana is an Indian restaurant located in Dubai, UAE. Inspired by the Sanskrit word 'Nirvana', which means enlightenment, the restaurant is a place where you can find a moment of peace in a busy city.
Concept
The concept for the restaurant was defined by two fundamental truths.
Nirvana is the ultimate spiritual goal where one can reach a state of enlightenment.
Our bodies and the universe are made up of four elements, Earth, Water, Air and Fire.
Colour Palette
Since Indian cuisine is made up of a variety of vibrant spices and colour plays
a significant role in the nation's incredibly diverse culture, it was important to represent a bright and colourful palette.
Typeface
The font is Proxima Nova. Chosen for its clean, modern, and legible look.
Its 'cap height' and 'x-height' make it consumer-friendly.
Patterns
Every element and shape in the pattern is derived from the four elements Earth, Fire, Water and Air.
